HBO has announced Grammy Award winning singer, actress and entrepreneur, Beyoncé will be featured in a one-of-a-kind, behind the scenes documentary airing on February 16, 2013.  The feature-length film was directed by Beyoncé and will offer intimate, first-person footage, shot by the superstar on her laptop.  The film covers her rise to stardom, beginning with her childhood in Houston, TX and highlights the challenges she faced when she began managing her own career and launching her company, Parkwood Entertainment.  The film also gives fans a glimpse of Beyoncé in her role as a new mother to her daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, who was born in January 2012.  Beyoncé says, "HBO has a history of pushing every boundary with class and authenticity.  Some of my favorite shows are on HBO, so I am excited that my film will be part of its bold programming. This film was so personal to me, it had to have the right home."  Beyoncé will be performing at the Super Bowl Halftime Show on February 3, 2013.
