Chris Standring releases 'Electric Wonderland' Today

English guitarist Chris Standring releases his seventh album, Electric Wonderland, today (March 20).  "Oliver's Twist", the first single from the album, has already hit number one on the Smooth Jazz Top 20 Countdown with Allen Kelper.  Chris made his solo debut in 1998 with Velvet, featuring the hit song "Cool Shades."  His 2010 release, Blue Bolero, featured the hit "Bossa Blue," which was number one for nine weeks and was named Billboard's Contemporary Jazz track of the year.  Chris gets some help on Electric Wonderland from longtime friend and musical partner Rodney Lee and trumpeter Rick Braun.  He'll be celebrating his record release party at Spaghettini Jazz Bar and Grill in Seal Beach, CA on April 24.
