George Benson up for NAACP Image Award

The 43rd NAACP Image Awards are taking place on Friday, February 17.  Jazz legend George Benson is nominated in the Outstanding Jazz Album category for his latest release, Guitar Man.  Landau Eugene Murphy, Jr., the 2011 winner of America's Got Talent, is nominated for the Outstanding New Artist award.  Beyonce and Jill Scott each received four nominations, while Adele and Mary J. Blige each have two nods.  The 43rd NAACP Image Awards will air live on February 17 at 8/7C on NBC.
