This addictive game has the simple graphics of Flappy Bird, combined with the slingshot trajectory of Angry Birds. The goal is to get your sheep to hop from one pillar to the next. Use your finger to control the speed and angle of travel. Very simple, very addictive, very free in iTunes and Google Play.

Or play online here.

Have you ever finished a book and wanted your next read to be similar?  Maybe you read a detective novel, set in 1920s Detroit, and you really got into that era and the language and imagery. It takes a long time to walk into a book store (or Amazon) and read the jackets of every book in the mystery section until you find one that looks good.

Instead, go to WhatShouldIReadNext.com, type in the name of the last book you read (or the author, or the ISBN number) and VOILA! Two or three suggestions for similar books appear. In many cases, there is also a link to purchase the book.

This handy app for actors helps you memorize your lines and get off book faster!  Record the scenes as you rehearse (It takes a few minutes to split out the parts into character lines in the built-in editor), then play back.  You can listen to everything togehter and speak along with the recording or mute your character's lines once you become more familiar.  There's even a button for a line prompt if you forget.  You can also share lines with friends and other app users (ie: he records his lines at his house, you record your lines at your house, then share and they blend together)

$3.99 on iTunes

$3.84 on Google Play

This is a good time waster. Go to TheNostalgiaMachine.com, pick a year...any year...and it will give you a list of the hottest songs of the year, according to Billboard magazine, and the accompanying youtube clips.

If you want, you can convert the results into a playlist and treat your co-workers to an afternoon of hits from 1977.
