Contest Rules

To participate in any 107.3 The WAVE contest, you must call tol-free 1-800-589-
6499. the Rubber City Radio Group reserves the right to stop any game at any time. No
purchase is necessary to enter or to win any WQMX contest.

If, after any contest has begun, any changes or updates are deemed necessary, the
changes will be announced at approximately 7:12am on the day that the change is to take
effect. In addition, an addendum outlining the changes will be printed, and will also be
made available in the station lobby.

In the spirit of fairness, anyone who has won a prize on-air from 107.3 The WAVE
is ineligible to win for a period of 30 days. Only one (1) winner per household (street
address) is allowed during that period of time. Persons from households where an
individual has won a prize valued at $500 or more are ineligible to participate in any
107.3 The WAVE contest for a period of one (1) year.

Individuals must be 18 years of age or older in order to be able to participate in 107.3 The
WAVE contests. Employees of 107.3 The WAVE, The Rubber City Radio Group and
members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate in any game. Employees
of any sponsor or agency involved with any contest are also ineligible to participate, as
are members of their respective families.

The station reserves the right to any video, audio, photographic or print material which
involves the winner(s) or their families for promotional use without further permission.
All winners agree to participate with the station and it's advertising agencies in
publicizing or broadcasting winners' names, winnings, their picture or character likeness
without further compensation. Winners will be solely responsible for the payment of any
and all expenses and taxes associated with receipt of any prize.

All winners must sign a release form agreeing to hold harmless the Rubber City Radio
Group, radio station 107.3 The WAVE, and all of their respective directors, officers,
employees and agents from all losses, damages, penalties, claims, actions, suits, costs
and expenses of any kind whatsoever, including any property damage, personal injury or
death to any participant or third person arising out of or in connection with participation
in any contest or with the use of any prizes awarded in connection with the contest.

All decisions of station management with regard to the awarding of prizes, the selection
of winners and the interpretation of these rules shall be final. Each contestant, by virtue
of entering any contest, agrees to accept the decision of the station as final.

Akron, OH 44313. Contest rules are available for inspection during regular business
hours, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm. You may also
obtain a copy of the rules by mailing a self-addressed stamped envelope to 107.3 The
